I can't Find or Access my Ticket, Badge, or Entry Pass
Don't worry! You have a few ways to retrieve your entry pass:
- Check your Email: A digital copy of your ticket was sent to the email address you used during registration.
- On the Platform: Your QR code is displayed directly on the homepage of thi platform.
- At the Venue: If you can't access your digital ticket, you can still check in at the conference registration desk simply by providing your full name.
Will it be possible to register on the same day?
Yes, but it is advisable to buy your ticket in advance in order to access the progressive offers active until the day of the Conference. Participants can still register on site.
Some speeches will be given in Italian: will there be simultaneous translation?
Yes, each participant can request a headset for simultaneous translation.
What is included in the ticket price?
Each ticket includes:
- The entrance to the Conference
- The welcome kit
- Free coffee breaks and a light lunch
Until when will the platform be accessible to attendees?
